Refund and Rescheduling Policy - Mushin Coffee House

  1. Courses and Workshops
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place in a course or workshop.
  • We do not offer refunds for courses or workshops.
  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the course or workshop.
  • To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accommodated.
  • In the event that Mushin Coffee House cancels a course or workshop, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  1. Brew Bar Rentals
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your brew bar rental.
  • We do not offer refunds for brew bar rentals.
  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
  • To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the rental time will not be accommodated.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • In cases of unexpected illness or emergency, we may consider rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
  1. Gift Certificates
  • Gift certificates for our courses, workshops, or brew bar rentals are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
  • Gift certificates have a validity of one year from the date of purchase.
  1. Disputes
  • If you believe you're entitled to a refund due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
  • All refund decisions in such cases are at the discretion of Mushin Coffee House management.
