Terms of Service - Mushin Coffee House

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mushin Coffee House website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

  1. Services

Mushin Coffee House offers the following services through the Site: a) Online booking for barista courses and coffee skills workshops b) Reservation of brew bar rental equipment c) Information about our coffee experience centre

  1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Booking and Rescheduling Policy

a) Course Bookings and Workshops:

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • There is no refund policy for course bookings or workshops.
  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the course or workshop.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accommodated.
  • Mushin Coffee House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses and workshops. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

b) Brew Bar Rentals:

  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
  • There is no refund policy for brew bar rentals.
  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the rental time will not be accommodated.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mushin Coffee House and protected by copyright laws.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  1. Limitation of Liability

Mushin Coffee House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or our services.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mushin Coffee House from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

  1. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
